Anamaria Marina is an Romanian actor. Her first screen appearance was in Sex Traffic, a Channel 4 film for which she received the British Academy Television Award as the Best Actress. The award was presented to her as the Best Female Actor Award in 2000 for the Mangalia Gala for Young Actors. She was a Romanian actor in Cristian Mungiu's film 4 months 3 weeks and Two days, 4 months (four months three weeks and two three weeks and two days) that was awarded three weeks, four months and two days) which was awarded the Palme d'Or and other prizes at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival. Additionally, she was a part in Francis Ford Coppola's film Youth Without Youth. The film was released in 2008. She starred as Yasim Angwar, the BBC Five-episode Miniseries The Last Enemy. Marinca appeared as Yasim Anwar in Oliver Hirschbiegel's Five Minutes of Heaven, and also the Romanian drama Boogie. She played Irma in Fury 2014, in which she played an German known aunt for Emma.
